Not only do we design, but we will deliver the full installation from start to finish.

If your property is already occupied, we can work within whatever restrictions and guidelines you require, with projects completed sensitively and considerately. You can also rely on us to complete any significant refurbishments or new-build projects within your timescale and budget.

Budget Engineering Services

If your budget is a concern, our validation report service can offer guidance on fixing what can be repaired and installing new systems only where necessary.

For peace of mind, when keeping to a budget is a requisite, we can conduct a full diagnostics investigation to assess an existing air conditioning or ventilation system. This ‘System Validation Report’ summarises the diagnostic visit into a clear and concise professional recommendation for either repair or reinstall.

The validation process promotes repair and reuse over strip out and reinstall, which offers options for a budget focused project alongside more extensive environmental benefit. However, if reinstallation is required, we can provide a full strip out, design and installation service.

We work “hand in hand” with our contractors and installation teams to making sure that we consistently deliver the standards we promote within the time constraints of the project. Through our operation and maintenance manuals alongside our excellent servicing infrastructure, we ensure that our support extends well past the practical completion of the project.
